NEWS;

07/12/06:  PET PORTAL HAS ARRIVED! :  Our clients can now log-in to our computer system to view their pets' health and vaccination history, order prescription refills, and more from the convenience of their home computer!  We offer this complimentary service to our wonderful clients as part and parcel of our comprehensive health care for your pets.  To try this free service for yourself click here.

06/23/06:  NEW BROCHURE/WEBSITE:  We have recently designed a new brochure that many of you may receive in the mail.  Please take time to read over the information within to learn about our state of the art services and quality care.  Also, the website is being updated in the days to come, keep on the lookout for updates.

05/03/06: NEW ULTRASOUND:  Our hospital was recently updated with a state of the art ultrasound machine that will bolster our diagnostic capabilities and allow us to continue to treat our patients, your pets, with the best medicine available. 

12/13/05:  GROOMING CURRENTLY POSTPONED:  We are not currently accepting grooms as we are in the process of hiring a new groomer.  We CAN still perform baths, however any breed requiring a specialized cut/groom can not be performed at this time.  Thank you for your understanding during this transition, please call us if you require a grooming recommendation in the meantime.

12/09/05: AUTOMATED RX REFILL:  We are currently capable of re-filling your pet's prescriptions through our AUTOMATED PRESCRIPTION REFILL HOTLINE.  To access the Pharmacy dial "2" on a touchtone phone after calling our main number (781) 334-4161.  In most cases prescriptions will be promptly filled and ready for pickup on the same day, however some medications may require longer refill/ordering times and in such cases a technician will contact you shortly.  Our Pharmacy technician will contact you when the prescription is ready for pick-up.

12/07/05: Call ahead your food order!  For those clients wishing to order specialty or prescription diets, call our front desk before you visit the hospital and we can fill your order over the phone and have it ready to be picked up when you arrive.  Call the Front Desk: (781) 334-4161 Ext. 0
