The
C.A.R.E. Call
The C.A.R.E. Call, or the Client and Animal Recovery Evaluation was designed by our staff to extend the boundaries of follow up care for our practice, and to instill upon clients our sentiment that our concern and caring for their pet does not end when they walk out the door. The C.A.R.E. CALL is a telephone call placed to all clients who had animals staying at the hospital for surgical procedures. If your pet has recently had surgery, expect a call from a technician or doctor two days after they have been discharged. This gives us an opportunity to check in on both our patients and our clients, to ensure that recovery at home after surgery is going smoothly.
