Thank you for choosing the Animal Hospital of Lynnfield for your pet’s grooming needs. We offer an extensive and comprehensive list of services for your convenience. Please understand that each pet is unique and has their own grooming needs. The following information includes a list of our grooming services and a price range for the services reflecting the following criteria and conditions:

If your pet requires sedation or anesthesia (additional $28.50-$77.90)

The size of your pet, length, condition and type of coat

If a grooming assistant is deemed necessary (additional$12.90)

Dog Grooming Services

Bath & Blow Dry.............................................................................$25.50 - $55.50 This service includes a bath using a gentle cleansing shampoo and complete blow dry of your pet. A light brush out of the coat is also given to remove any excess fur from the coat.

Brushing & Dematting..................................................................$15.00 If the coat is heavily matted and requires additional brushing, this service is performed. The groomer will thoroughly brush and demat the fur, removing all excess fur and mats.

Medical Bath...................................................................................$37.90 - $59.90 A bath in one of our special shampoos to treat various skin or medical conditions.

Stylized Cut .....................................................................................$30.50 - $70.50 Our groomer will scissor cut and clip your pet's coat to a specific style of your choice. Please provide our groomer with specific instructions about the style of cut to ensure that the proper cut. A consultation with our groomer is necessary prior to scheduling a stylized cut. Included with a stylized cut is a bath, blow dry, brushing, dematting, and ear plucking.

Mitaban Dip.....................................................................................$44.80 A medical dip that is designed to treat your pet for demodetic mange. This service is only administered to pets that have been diagnosed with demodectic mange. Prior to the dip, your pet will be bathed using a gentle cleansing shampoo.

Cat Grooming Services

Bath & Blow Dry..............................................................................$15.90 - $31.90 This service includes a bath using a gentle cleansing shampoo and complete blow dry of your pet. Prior to bathing your cat, our groomer will need to demat and brush out your cat. A light brush and demat is done prior to giving a bath.

Brushing & Dematting.....................................................................$15.00 If the coat is heavily matted and requires additional brushing, this service is performed. The groomer will thoroughly brush and demat the fur, removing all excess fur and mats.

Medical Bath....................................................................................$37.90 A bath in one of our special shampoos to treat various skin or medical conditions.

Shave Down......................................................................................$33.00 Our groomer will shave the hair on the body of your car so that it helps to eliminate matting. Hair will be left on all four legs, tail and head. The entire body from the neck down will be shaved. Please be sure to give specific instructions as to how short you would like the groomer to shave the hair so as to ensure the proper cut. A bath in a gentle cleansing shampoo is give at an additional $15.90. This procedure most often requires sedation or anesthesia.

*As a special courtesy, all cat and dog grooming include and nail trim and ear cleaning.

Additional Services

Skunk Treatment..................................................................................$60.00 This service includes a bath in a specially formulated bath designed to remove the skunk odor. Following the treatment, a gentle cleansing bath, nail trim, and ear cleaning will be performed.

Other Medical Dips..............................................................................$37.90 - $44.80 We offer a variety of other medical dips to treat for various skin conditions. Depending on the skin condition, a different formula will be used for the dip. This service is only performed on pets that have been seen by a doctor. Also included is a nail trim and ear cleaning.

Sanitary Trim.........................................................................................$17.90 This service helps to prevent urine and feces from matting in the coat by trimming of any long hair surrounding the "rear" end of your pet. A bath can be given at an additional cost.

Flea Bath................................................................................................$44.80 This service is performed on pets that already have fleas. The bath is designed to target and dispose of the fleas currently living the coat.

Ear Cleaning..........................................................................................$15.00 Included with all grooming procedures unless otherwise specified.

Ear Plucking..........................................................................................$10.00

Anal Sac Expression..............................................................................$23.90
